Q. How often do you stock your labels?

A. We stock our labels daily, and they typically ship out the same day. From 4 warehouses nationwide, including California, Illinois, Georgia and New Jersey.

Q. How much does shipping cost?

A. Shipping costs are based on weight using UPS discounted rates. Once you have added items to the cart and logged in, you will see rates for UPS ground, 3rd day, 2nd day and overnight.

Q. How long will it take for my labels to arrive?

A. We stock our products daily, and orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days from the time the order is processed via UPS Ground Services. If you require special arrangements or need to know an exact arrival date, please contact us by email or call us toll free (855) 568-2235.

Q: What about the quality of your labels?

A: We use only the highest quality U.S.A. made materials for our labels. Non-ooze, smudge-free, non-curl, easy-feed thermal roll labels offer clear, superior printing.

Q: What printers are your labels compatible with?

A. Our labels are compatible with most major printer models and manufacturers, including Zebra, Intermec, and Dymo, Epson, Sato, Seiko and Datamax

Q. What methods of payment does Labelsontime.com accept?

A. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery or Net 30 terms (with approved credit application and only for orders of $100 and more).

Q: How should I store my labels?  

A. Store all Roll and Fanfolded Labels in a cool area. Avoid heat and direct sunlight.

Q. What kind of adhesive do you use for your labels?

A: We use a high quality permanent acrylic emulsion adhesive for labels. We do offer a label with white face material with a removable adhesive. The adhesive we use is patented non-ooze so that labels will not jam printers. Our permanent adhesive will adhere to glass, paper, plastic and most other smooth surfaces.

Q: What is your return policy?

A. If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your order just send back the unused portion of the order within 30 days from receiving the product for a full refund. All other returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and the cost of freight back. Read how to initiate a return here.

Q. Can I get samples to try in my printer?

Q: Can I open a net 30 day account?

A: Labelsontime.com offers 30 day accounts for corporations, organization and other institutions with approved credit references. Visit our Business Accounts page for more information.

Q: I am not sure if we use Thermal Transfer or Direct Thermal labels, and what is the difference?

A: Thermal Transfer Labels require a ribbon whereas Direct Thermal Labels does not require a ribbon. For more information on the difference between the two thermal printing methods please click here.

 Q: Can't find the label size or type you require?
