OUR RETURN POLICY

We want to make it as easy as possible, 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your order for ANY reason due to quality issues just send back the unused portion of the order within 30 days from receiving the product for a full refund. All other returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and the cost of freight back.

To initiate a return: please email us at: contact@labelsontime.com and include:

1) The order number

2) The reason for return

A call tag (RGA #) will be issued and a UPS return label will be sent by email. Refund will be issued once the product is back in our warehouse.
